yup yup, i need to record my results...fluctuations in performance...positions and shit like that.

today was the firs tournament of the season and considering how much i smoke and have drunk recently....i kicked ass!!!!

lets see now:

100 - non scoring 1st (beat everyone...i should have been scoring) - 12.00
Javelin - 2nd - 30.97 (not a good day)
Pole Vault - 3rd - cleared 2m....but thats ok considering i havent picked one up in about half a year.
Triple Jump - 1st - 12.67....needs improving
Long Jump - 1st - 6.12....not bad
4x100m - 1st....we rule!
