i've been in one off those moods where it doesnt matter what someone does i'm still pissed off and just annoyed and shitty.

there's this girl at work and well i work in a call centre and so you know we are always answering the f*cking phones. and if one of us is away from the phone someone else has to answer it. BUT SHE NEVER FUCKEN DOES. and it's shitty me. i just want to yell at her. it gets me so mad cos i'm already busy and it's making more work for us. GGRRRRRR

there's other things too. but i really can't be bothered typing everything.

it seams that you just need some time away from everything.
people that dont take responcibility for their job is annoying, but there isnt alot you can do, just try relax and calm down.

Is she really worth you getting this upset over? Your too cool to get upset about this wench. Reconize that you can't do anything about the way this girl is acting, you can only respond to her actions.
