Try and sort things out and it escalates

Im just fed up of everytime i try and sort things out with people they attack others for it.
I tell her how i feel and she tells my boyfriend they need to talk.
NO you berk its me you need to talk to i'm the one with the fucking problem not him but yet you insist on involving him.

Also when i tell people how i feel about them they make out im talking shit. Im making it up. Im creating an issue that isn't there.
It is fucking there your just too wrapped up in your perfect little bubble of a life to realise it.

I'm just fed up of being lied to, being taken for a complete twat and treated like a doormat.
Its gonna stop.
Im not taking it any longer!!

If it was me.... i would probably do alternate things, but talking is better.

I think you have the case of the "he said, she said bullshit". And what I have found to be the best way to deal with it, is say the exact same thing to the same people, and make it clear that this issue is about you and me... not you me and joe.
So sit her down, make sure you use lots of "this is not about him" and lots of "no offenses"... and make sure the other person knows what is being said, so that there is not comparing stories or you muddling up your words.
