To Breathe
Not the best... but it has meaning
I知 learning to leave it all behind,
To breathe on my own,
To let everything just drop away,
I致e stop waiting by the phone.
This was never going to be easy,
But it痴 get better every day,
No more tears will fall from me,
And I believe it痴 going to be okay.
I知 not just sitting here alone now,
I知 learning how to be,
This is who I should have always been,
This is purely and simply just me.
I知 going to let myself smile,
I知 going to dance around,
Sing to myself about happy thoughts,
I will not fall to the ground.
I知 going to fight for my life,
I知 going to have stupid fun,
I知 not going to crumble apart,
Not over no one.
