I heard the screams and started thinking what is wrong now
Couldn’t believe what I saw, you, my brother, were gone now
It’s saddens me to think of the moment you died
If only it was a tape and we could just rewind
Then we wouldn’t be here saying goodbye
I just wish this poem would do justice for my emotions
Just know that my feelings for you run deeper than any ocean
It’s hard to imagine you are leaving my life
When you where always there
When in the dark you made light
That is going to change, right?
Now all I’m left with are these memories
If there is a Heaven and I get in, you best remember me.
