instead of getting people to vote , i suggest you post a thread and if anyone wants to be a moderator , they simply request for it, or ask them to fill out a form for instance like this :-
Name :-
Age:-
Why would you want to be a moderator? :-
What can you do to make the website a better place:-
Level of experience with managing websites :-
Mystery unexpected question :- (here you can ask the person a complicated question to see whether they are challengable etc) (sp)
i think that would be much better, since you guys dont have a lot of members as of yet, take things slowly, im sure there are people who would want to be it, voting is going to take you ages since the site has just been set up i assume.

Welll i would do that, but..
it would be alot harder and more time consuming for me at this point in time to try distinguish who should be and shouldnt be moderators, because im sure more than 3 people would nominate to be moderators, They all deserve it, but i dont want to choose who and who doesnt make it in.

well that is understandable, however if you have difficulties in distinguising who should and shouldnt perhaps tomzy can help you ? yes ofcourse it hard to choose and u dont want to but in life you got to choose, of course everyone deserves it but as you are finding it hard with the voting system ur better of decided, just a suggestion rest is up to you.
but personally i feel its best to choose who u feel deserves it rathar than waiting for someone to troddle along and vote but nonthe less good luck!
