Loosing weight

Well Rachie and I watched that size 00 programme and decided we where gunna loose some weight.

I tried that lemon and kayenne pepper drink but it was so sick i hurled.

So im gunna try n do it sensibly.
Iv cut out carbs and im having a shake for 2 meals of the day.

I wanna use this thread to track my programmesa and record what iv been eating.

Today iv had;

shake for breakfast.
Go ahead bar for Break
Small Salad, Piece of turkey and some dried apricots for lunch (all fresh from morrisons)
and a small Piece of Pork for tea.

Not bad really.

So far iv lost 2lb's

good luck! and like fubby said... size 0 is really unhealthy. make sure you are eating enough, cause not eating enough and not eating enough of the right nutrients and stuff can make someone weak and everything. plus ive heard that you should start off slowly, like you cant change everything in one day. i guess cause the body needs time to adjust. and jess says to drink 2 liters of water a day, she is right about that. dont drink lots of sugary drinks either. my teacher and lots of other people say just not drinking those kinds of things will help you lose alot of weight. so yeah those are just some pointers or whatever. they probably dont help cause you probably already know. lol.

what's your diet called??? i'm on a diet where i cut out carbs and have 2 shakes a day.

hope it's going well for you. i dropped 7kgs in 7 weeks when i started. but then i went of the rail. :( i'm just finding my way back now.

its not diet really, just doing it myself.

Im having shaes twice a day some days and jsut not eating much others.

Iv lost 2 more lb's and im doing well

Today i had a sausage n some mushrooms for breakfsat (cooked on the griddle with no fat at all)
A piece of cold chicken breast for dinner (also doen on teh griddle)
And now im trying to eat some carrot and swede mash i ate. at first i was really chuffed at only 5 calroes a serving but then i put some butter n milk with it and i feel fat n dont wanan eat it.

Im getting really piccy n worried about everything i eat, its really unliek me :/
Sometimes i spend so long looking for something lo calorie and no carbohydrate that i just give up and dont bother.

Rachie and i have ver depressingly just worked out our BMI's

IT turns out that my ideal weight is just 8 stone.
And at 7 stone i would only just be underweight! that's so scary.

Which means i have 3 sotne 2 lb's too loose and iv even given up caring that means people will know how much i weigh.

Cos in a few months when i come on here n i can say im 8 stone whatever il be able to smile and you'll al know how well iv done

I think the sheer fact of being able to be proud of my body for a change will do.

Being able to wear a bikini on the beach and having guys think im attractive will all be very nice too

Today i had 2 carots for breakfast
and apple and a pece of turkey at break
and i jsut had a salad with lettuce beetroot tomatoe low fat coleslaw n cucumber in it.

n iv lost 2 more ilbs

thats awesome, although i think your diet lacks a little balance, at breakfast try having a plate of fruit or something, because you arent eating enough food.

like add some bread to your turkey and at dinner, try have some meat aswell or some fish.

If you can stomach tuna and eggs, its good to have them.
try eggs for breakfast
tuna salad for dinner with coleslaw or what ever.

try looking up on nutrition, and balance diets

the only problem with tuna is tht without mayonaise or bread it s abit boring :/

i'll put it simply...

to lose weight, you have to be burning off more than you eat.
i suggest you invest on getting a calorie book.
Try to eat maximum of 1500-1800 a day and exercise to burn off about 3000 calories a day.
