My Mood:
Getting fed up with not sleeping tbh.

Its 7am now and its proper daylight outside. My body clock is totally fucked! I can't sleep at night and instead sleep till 3/4pm into the day when I don't have to go somewhere or drag myself out of bed with 2/3 hours sleep and feel like the living dead when I do need to be somewhere!!

I wanna see Nathan when he gets back home from work today at 5pm and I don't know how tired I'm gonna be. I dont know if I'm gonna sleep before then or not. I've never been awake till 7 so its getting worse and I'm not that tired. Sometimes I just got round his and sleep, I hate it.

I can't get myself back into sync because I'm SO tired I either sleep late like I said or I can't stay awake no matter how hard I try if I've got up early.

I hate it. It kinda makes you feel really depressed at times too cos I miss so much of my day or I'm always tired and it affects my mood. And staying awake all night gets lonely. :(

Do you think doctors would perscribe me sleeping pills for like a couple of days just so I can get my body back into sync with itself? It currently thinks night is day and day is night!!

well skipp the sleeping pills and invest your money in a vitamin called ZMA..
puts you into some crazy deep sleeps.
Its Zinc Magnesium and vitamin B6..

you will have some crazy weird dreams aswell..
i love the stuff

go into a chemist and ask them what to use?? they might be able to give you some herbs??? which is better then sleeping pills.

haha from what i know it increases hormone levels, which technically should mean female hormone levels in a female...
haha probably not for you, dont wanna be doing hormone stuff at your age.

ehh otherwise, get a good multi-vitamin..
we have a natureopath that just joined our site and we talked about how even being out of the the tiniest amount of chemical in ur brain can cause massive sleeping problems, depression eating disorders, body image issues.. etc etc..

Thats very interesting about the chemical stuff! I used to have really bad sleeping problems as a kid but they went away and I never had a problem with sleeping again, except if I'd stayed up late all weekend I couldnt get to sleep again early for the first night.

But yeah I've never ever had it this bad from my memory.

I have multi-vitamins here right now that I stopped taking by mistake. I didnt think about taking them for my sleeping problems, I'll take one now. I can't take them without food though or I feel SO sick for like 10 minutes after. Nathan got it too when I gave him one and forgot he needed to eat and I couldnt help but find it a little funny how bad he reacted. xD

I have found sleeping in (no matter how awesome it feels) will mess you up. No matter how you feel, get up at 7/8 in the morning and slug it out until the end of the day. Perhaps then you'll feel tired enough to fall asleep earlier? If not, maybe do some exercise to wear yourself out a little?
It could also be diet related ...

Indeed I do try that and find myself not even being able to keep my eyes open. :(. I will try again to keep awake all day today and hopefully I can sleep tonight. I'll ask Nathan to keep me awake.

The weirdest thing is, I won't feel tired, but then Nathan cuddles me and I fall asleep! I need him over every night. It must be a comfort thing, his smell or something. x]

maybe its the fact that your afraid of the dark, so you fall asleep because yea as you said.. you feel comfortable.

the drs wont perscribe you sleeping pills, they hate giveing them out to adults nd they almost never give them out to young people. it might be worth your wile investing in some nyteall thats available over the counter, id also cut out cafenated drinks (including cola) after about 7pm, see if that helps

if you fell asleep...
probably means that your body reaaallly needed it..
on the opposite i find that when i eat alot of foods like bacon and eggs and an energy drink... even if ive had 2 hours sleep and partied all night... i still have more than enough energy to work my 11 hour day
