Randomly Passed out!
Hey guys! Bout time we were up and running again.
It's Chellho btw i'm sure you all remember me.
Just a little concern really.
Well we had an awesome sunday afternoon planned go shopping with my mum get soem new clothes and things and all was going to be well.
We got into town and mum saw a hairdressers and said she wanted to get her hair cut.
I felt fine. I was having a laugh and a joke with mum and the woman was drying her hair and styling it.
Then i started to feel ill. The nausea feeling i referred to last year at some point. I just put it down to my period. But then my vision started to go funny then suddenly i couldnt see anything.
Next thing i know someone called Jan is asking me if i can hear her.
They said i was out for 2 or 3 minutes but this is the first time i have ever passed out so as you can imagine it was extremly scary.
I rang the NHS helpline and she's told me to do a pregnancy test just incase and that it could have just been the heat but i wondered if anyone else had any ideas as to what it could be.
I've been to my doctor and he thinks it was just the heat. But im concerned thats it's never happened before.

You possibly could have just had low blood sugar which would have caused you to pass out with a combination of heat and dehydration...?
thats just what i think

yeh i agree it was probably nothing to worry yourself. The heat is probably the cause. wb btw x

I feel alot better.
Just have this nagging headache that comes and goes but it only started when i came round.
Im just watching what i eat and drinking loadsof water and stuff.
There's a little history of diabetes on my mums side but the doctor doesnt think its necessary to test for it.
=/
I don't really like my doctor lol. x

it sounds like dehydration to me... just watch how much water you have.. remember to have over 2 litres every day... i'm sure it's nothing. but be careful

Yeah im watching what i eat and stuff now cuz before i passed out it was all junk food and sugar lol.
So my boyfriend is like making sure i eat at least 3 proper meals a day.
Bless him.
MarkMe what shakes do you reccommend i was thinking of trying some out cuz im always tired adn the energy boost would be great lol x

if you can get musashi low carb whey protein get it, but any low carb whey protein will do
