ooh im in troble!
I'm in deep shit! deeper than deep actually, this shit is so deep that if i where the grand canion it would still be over flowing!
So i lived in a Hall of Residence last term at uni. over proced rent of £80 odd a week. I thaght, stupidly that the rent was deducted from my student loan, which it is not! i find this out at the end of the last turm, so i pay off what i can, i handed the office a check for a grand! couldnt afford to eat for 4 weeks and couldnt find work ither. so i came home and still their is no work, i got a letter 3 weeks ago telling me that i still owe £1,807, so i send back a letter (because this kind of thing can only be done by post) telling them that i dont have that kind of money but i intend to pay off my debt and could it be done by installments? i send the letter off and their is no reply, but thats normal for this time of year from the uni. I get a letter this morning saying that they want payment in full in 7 days or they are going to pattition the County Cort, which would mean that i would have a county cort Judgment in my name, thus ruining my credit rateing. i'm in deep deep shit!

Hmmm damn i searched every where to try find something that could help and get you out of this...
You could try use your dyslexia as a defence, if they didnt actually read the contract to you and they knew you had dislexia, you could get out of all owing payments by default, as you didnt understand the contract because of your disorder...
not sure if it will work, but tell it to a lawyer and see what they can turn it into.
If you honestly though that it came out of your student loan and they didnt advise you otherwise, you should be in the green.

iv tryd getting an apointment with the civil advice buro, these are the cats who handle this type of thing but so far iv had no luck, im going out of town for a few days tonight so i'll try again on monday when i get back

im paying off me debt in installments, i replyd to the scary letter and they appologised for looseing my orrigonal letter, so im paying them off at £40 a month untill 2012

well i managed the augest installment, and i can do the september one, but fuck knows if i can make the october one, hopefully the ant-discriminatury laws will spread to anti sexisum and equal ops in bar work lol

the uni fuckd up and forgot to give me an offer, so i couldnt start on getting my student loan sorted out untill this week. I'v got all the forms filled in, im just scrapeing around for evidance, which i mostly have. Im finnishing up the forms tommoro and sending them out on satterday so they get to the student loans company on monday morning, but it takes ages for them to process them and what not, im hopeing because i'm late they dont have a back log and they can get me up and running toot sweet
