Yes it is very possible.
As a person who struggled (and still does from time to time), with an eating disorder it isnt difficult to do both.
Ultimately my goal was to move from bulimia to anorexia. The grand scheme of things was to be able to stop food all together, and be a beautifully skinny person.
But I got help and now I just struggle with it, aka only a couple days out of the the month
I highly suggest seeking help... but that is your choice.
Good luck!

You can, its like a mixed eating disorder - most anorexics will purge (sometimes without binging), and bulimics do have periods of fasting or starvation. its really depends on your other eating habits and what you perception is. check the other symptoms if your worried, or talk to someone who has suffered, or someone who can help you (doesnt have to be a doctor, can be family, friend, even a helpline) and just because its doesnt fit the criteria of one or the other doenst mean your alone!
take care and i hope your okay!
