Help!

Soooooo. The school year is about to start up, which mean its SPEECH SEASON. Now as many of you are rolling in your chair, couch, table or whatever you choose to sit in, because Natasha is pumped about SPEECH and DEBATE, I (Natasha) am racking my brain trying to think of a GREAT OO topic.
For those of you who dont know I am the Queen of OO, I rock OO, OO is a 10 min speech that you write normally something that pisses you off about society, throw in some statistics, and a really really good speaking ability, and well thats OO.
Okay so here is my dilema... I have topic ideas, but nothing that I feel amazingly passionate about (which is odd for me).
SO two questions....
If I wrote an oo about exasco, without mentioning names or the website, if I used it as a generalization and quoting a few threads would you all be cool with that.
GIVE ME SOME TOPICS... please if you all have something that is amazingly horrific that you know about and it should be changeds let me know.
So yeah if you made it through the thread congrats!

as long as you keep names, including screen names (at least mine) out of it, then yeah for me go ahead. How about an angle of us useing the site to beat depression, and mention how many children and young people in ur state where diagnosed and supplyd anti depressents?

Im fine with you using my name or any of the staff on this site, but probably for privacy reasons, just alter the names of other people.

I think its a wonderful idea! I think this site is such a wonderful thing, and site usch as this are things I'm passionate about.
I love speech and debates as well. So much fun.
cjdude has put forward a good angle for the speech

Overcoming depression is a long process of learning and support. I'm at a stage where I've hit the bottom and am now past a lot of it. Lately I've been seeing the signs of troubla ahead for me .. which is why I've come back to the forumns for the support I know everyone here provides.
It also provides an op to give back to the people who helped me, as well as "paying it forward".

First thing I thought of was the stuff I've looked on about PETA and how much it upset me. I know its the usual thing to do a speech on something like animal cruelty but if you watch some of the stuff they've found on it, it is really awful stuff... I love animals with a passion and that stuff makes me cry, I can't watch most of it.

If you do talk about exasco, I think if you gave the name and the website away some people who hear about it may come here and abuse the forum. Just though I'd mention. I'm sure markme would be hot on their tracks if they did though!

Btw I don't know anything about PETA's methods or anything and I believe a lot of people disagree with them and stuff so I thought I'd just say. I just read and watch the information they collect for people.

Elm, people that watch and attend debates arn't normally the immature little retards who go on to a help site just to abuse it or the people on it...I don't think there is that much danger there honestly.

Also.. with nelvannya being in Texas America...Chances of any of them knowing us is going to be slim to none.
All in all, i think that the people who choose not to have their names on this report can have theirs changes.
But i also think that this is a great oppurtunity for us to help people that arent on our site.

Actually I tried that one last year, I was going to write on it, but there is a bit much to explain like backround blah blah that by the time I start talking about the current my time is up.
But I did find my topic and I am very excited for this year.
