Ive given up smoking :)
ok, its only been a few days now, but ive been partying, not sleeping and doing all other things that really make you wanna smoke...and i dont really crave them. also just for back up im reading Alan Carr's book...so its all cool...i can be healthy again! just need to cut the drinking abck a bit.

thanks peeeoples...and mark...what cravings? i havent had any today, i had one moment today when i thought...hmm...i could do with a ciggy, but i relaised i didnt want one so i was ok.

i hope you are going strong. i know you can do it. you can anything if you put your mind to it.
with the drinking, i found that stopping completely for a month or 2 will help you get a grip of it. it helped me back in days.
