Hey Everyone I am starting this thread a little early, I want to see how this works.
So when the topic changes, I will post the Theme of the week in Green.
Now the only issue it the timezones... the more I type this the more I confuse myself. Right, the new theme week will begin at 1 PM on a Saturday, (America). So you all can convert the hours that is about 1-5 am in Australia,7 am in the UK, and 8 am in Germany/Italy/Belguim. Okay I think that covers everyone except Canada and Russia because sorry you have too many time zones, as well as to large of a time span. If there are any time zones that I have left out, I am very sorry, you can google what time it is in America Central time.
Okay so that I believes covers the basics.

If your time zone isnt listed use this link, it is set to your current time when you view it.

Health Week!

So, what did you all do this week? Did you discover a little Rocky in you, did you skip Mcky D's for Subway, or did you subtract 20 mins out of your TV/Internet life and did something else?

i went to mcdonalds for the first time in 5 months...and also went to the gym for the first time in 2 weeks lol so its balanced out.

I'm getting out of bed every morning (sleep or no sleep) and running until I can run no longer. It's hopefully a new addiction, which will hopefully be better than drugs until i can fix it.
