It's over between me and Teb.

It was a joint decision, really. We just didn't want to go out with each other anymore. It's a bit hard to explain if you don't know what's going on in my head, but basically the spark just went.

It's okay, I haven't cried yet. I guess it's just the shock that's numbed all my feelings to nothing. I just hope I don't cry when I meet up with him tonight at youth group.

but it'll be okay in the end, i know that much.

But it happens to couples all the time, the spark just goes...

I think this happens especially with younger couples, they get bored of one another...
or the attraction is lost because you have been desensitized to what attracted you at first.

Turns out it was okay after all. He was a bit less "oh i'm sorry" and a bit more "whatever" with me than usual but i guess i'll just get used to that. Turns out my year at school are more upset about the breakup than I am...i was the only person in the whole year with a boyfriend so everyone was very upset about it. Kinda ironic really.
