Nightmare
I hate that you still give me Nightmares....
I am over you and I know that, but you still give me nightmares...
Even 4 years later, when I am truely okay with what happend, you still keep me up at night
Please go away, I'm tired

ohh hunny....
If you need to talk i'm here (i know sounds stupid but sometimes it can work)
Something else to try is to have a warm shower a glass of milk and watch a girly chick flick (a happy end movie)

Yeah, confort food helps in moderation, so does talking about it. I also think writing about it helps, cause you can reflect on it and sometimes discover things you never would of relized about the nightmare...
Of course if it's to painful of a thing than it might not be the best of ideas, but usually having a nightmare means somethings up, even if it's not related to the topic of the dream.

Thanks guys...
I know what it was about, but it was just annoying because it was like the first round of nightmares that I had about him..
I'm okay now, it was just a bit frustrating

Are you on any anti-depressants????
I used to have the worst nightmare/night terrors when i was anti-depressants. If you check the box or talk to your doctor.
nightmares ain't cool. I've been having Night terrors since i was about 5. that's when you actually feel it. let me just say it's not nice to wake up after having a night terror of being bitten by T-rex. No.... it's a bit weird. i had the same night terror for 15 years. once or twice a month.
If you have a nightmare and can't get back to sleep try getting up and walking around for a bit. read a book or just watch some mind numbing TV. Have a glass of water/milk. and just calm down before trying to go back to sleep.

YES! u wouldnt beleve how many nightmares u get when u are on anti depressents. However I would still recomed writing it down if it happens again. The sooner you write it down after you wake up the better.
