well we had to do them for school and it was annoying. but lately ive wanted to start one. cause ive heard some people say that they help. my teacher said that she started one and it helps her to not overeat, and she has lost a bunch of weight. some say it doesnt help though. so its kinda just a matter of opinion. if you try it and dont like it, then dont use one. and if you do try it and like it, then thats a good thing. ya know. you just gotta try them before you can decide if they are good or bad.

Bad idea. They make you (well, in my experiance) obsess about what you are eating.
Like couting calories, it leads to obsessive behaviour which leads to an ED.

Its really hard to say,
i actually had a kinda of food diary until i quite gym.
It was more that i had to eat this my by this time and it was plotted 6-8 times a day.

but im not sure how it would work if your trying not to eat, i know it can help some and not help others.
Perhaps just try cutting out all the crappy foods and eating healthy, wholemeal food, salads, fruits, vegetable and meats. Chocolates as a treat once a month and only a small amount.

before a easter this year i hadnt eaten chocolate in so long that i couldnt remember.

it depends on if it turns self-destructive or not.
you should keep a healthy food diary. but if you start cutting too many calories or becoming too obsessed with losing weight quickly, it gets harmful and goes against the purpose that I'm assuming that you want
