Something you love to cook and eat.

Right now im sitting here pretty satisfied with my hunger gone and quenching my thirst with my most favourite drink in the world, Rum and cola.... Yes its only 2pm but im an alcoholic lol.
Not really, considering i only have like 1 a day.

But my meal is whats made me the most happy, mainly because im super lazy lately and it gave me a sence of accomplishment and with the added relaxation of a rum its great.

I cooked a cheese and bacon omlet using 3 eggs 4 pieces of bacon and a crap load of cheese...
there was soo much cheese it was oozing out of the omlet when i cut it.. soooo good.

what sort of meal do you cook and enjoy?
And what drink do you accompany with it if you have one.

This CANNOT include meals that you havnt made yourself.

I'm a bit hit & miss with cooking, tho; it either looks disgusting and tastes brill, or looks digusting and tastes...disgusting. =.=

but really and truly i'll try cooking anything ^^

I'm the queen of pasta dishes. Italian food rocks!

When I'm procrastinating I usually bake a lot of cake.

get a chicken breast and butterfly it (cut it horizontally but still attached) then put two slices of french camembert cheese, ground black pepper a tiny bit of garlic in the middle and cook it in a foil pouch for 25 mins. (by doing this it holds the juices in)

then get a slice of parma ham and wrap it around the breast.

serve with anything you like, but i usually do it with risotto or wild rice.

NO KETCHUP

its a stawberry cheesecake kinda thing for very posh parties.

you fill a champagne glass with a biscuit base then this gorgeous cheesecake creamy mix with champagne in it. Then you top that with a strawberry coulis, put whipped cream over that then a lil dribble more of coulis then top with a strawberry...drink with it...champagne.
