Room for one more?
Hey guys. orrigonal exasko members will hopefully recognise me, for every one else im chris and im from the uk. i love wrestling and youth work. (i have never realised jsut how weard those two professions are along side each other)
Iv been thinking alot about the past of my depression, and where i got the most help. It wasnt from the meds, it wasnt from the councelling or even from my so called freind in the real world. It was right hear!
I know i have been hostile in the past, but on further reflection, i was an ass. sorry about that. some times i am an ass, but i try and keep those moments to the minimum.
on a strange little side note, my right pinky fingure has gone into pins and needles wile typeing this - weard

thanks fo the welcome guys.
As for whats been going on in my life right now? i'll make a thread, its been a littlebit of a weard and challengeing year higlited by looseing my oldest freinds, finding a girl i could grow to love, going off to uni, haveing another really old freind taken by my by the afore mentiond freinds, losseing afore mentiond girl, depresive spirul, dropping out of uni and relapesing into self harm *again* Fun year!
Im really glad that this place is still around with a strong community!
