broken is right with everything there about the education levels.

but as far as racism goes, i think it goes both ways and i personally get really annoyed when someone says scotland is a part of england i fully believe that if we were to say england is part of scotland then a few english people wouldn't be too pleased. in general i think a lot of scots and english have a certain dislike towards each other but thats been going on since the two countries were fully formed.
