how old are you? I think your sister needs some help, i take it as you were adopted as kids and didn't live together??? is that what you meant by "like i lost my brother and sisters when we were taken away"

It's hard enough looking after a kid with no problems, but one with illness is going to be hard work. It sounds like at the moment she might be better off with people who can help her.

also, when it comes to work just nod and agree with the lady and do the work, but make sure other see you doing the work. People will start to notice soon enough
