Hmmm damn i searched every where to try find something that could help and get you out of this...
You could try use your dyslexia as a defence, if they didnt actually read the contract to you and they knew you had dislexia, you could get out of all owing payments by default, as you didnt understand the contract because of your disorder...
not sure if it will work, but tell it to a lawyer and see what they can turn it into.
If you honestly though that it came out of your student loan and they didnt advise you otherwise, you should be in the green.
