I'm in deep shit! deeper than deep actually, this shit is so deep that if i where the grand canion it would still be over flowing!

So i lived in a Hall of Residence last term at uni. over proced rent of £80 odd a week. I thaght, stupidly that the rent was deducted from my student loan, which it is not! i find this out at the end of the last turm, so i pay off what i can, i handed the office a check for a grand! couldnt afford to eat for 4 weeks and couldnt find work ither. so i came home and still their is no work, i got a letter 3 weeks ago telling me that i still owe £1,807, so i send back a letter (because this kind of thing can only be done by post) telling them that i dont have that kind of money but i intend to pay off my debt and could it be done by installments? i send the letter off and their is no reply, but thats normal for this time of year from the uni. I get a letter this morning saying that they want payment in full in 7 days or they are going to pattition the County Cort, which would mean that i would have a county cort Judgment in my name, thus ruining my credit rateing. i'm in deep deep shit!
