You apologise for the fact that you may have many rants, i personally do not see this as a rant at all..
I see it more as an expression on your thoughts and life up too date...and that which I enjoy reading... i feel as though i learn somthing with every one you post and i am glad that you put the time and effort into doing so...
The main part which interested me was your musical story, it was interesting to read how one simple change, Eg. your style can mean the difference between success and playing at weddings for the rest of your life...
I personally having been playing the guitar since i was 7 years old, and music is part of my life, a big part, so i get where you are coming from...
Also the programme that you mentioned at the end seems like quite a good idea with a fair bit of potential. I will have to check it out.
