Love...
Love is many things, when a mum picks up her son to say g'night and kisses him on the cheek, that is love.
When a boy holds a girl (or a boy and a boy whichever tickles your fancy) and never wants to let go, knowing he will be with that person for the rest of his/her life, that is love.
When a friend says "Stay safe, i'll miss ya" That is love.
The Greeks had 3 words for love, as it can in no way described by one.
There is the love between friends,
The love between family,
and the love between lovers.
There's probably more forms of love out there, truth is, there is so many things that ARE love, that it really can't be described in one, or a thousand sentances.
What is love indeed...
Very good question...
I think you are however wondering if you loved somone that you dated?
The way i answer that question is, if you love somone you will KNOW it, and there will be NO doubt, in other case, it is not the TRUE love that couples share when they grow old together.
Could have been friendship love, could have been lust, but for me, if there was doubt, it was not lovers love.
