ARGH FUCKING ARGH GUH AHHHHHHHHHHHHH

yeah so i was supposed to be going out tonight but i am in SO much pain i cant

i've already passed out twice today because of them, i've taken paractamol and ibuprofen two hours apart on 4 hour cycles (it's allowed), i've had a heat pad on my stomach AND IT STILL FUCKING HURTS

i just want to cry...i usually do cry

so yeah

does anybody know any good ways to get rid of period pains or at least help to stop them hurting as much?

i think i'm going to go to the doctor about them...maybe get stronger pain killers about them...but until then any ideas?
