After a positive response in the suggestion thread here it is, the adopt a noob thread!

what is it?

The idea of this thread is too make new members of the site feel more welcome and provide help when they need it, it is also here to integrate the newbies into the exasco community faster and easier.

Who it is for?

Maybe you are a noob that has no idea what is going and don't know what is what? Or maybe you are just looking for somone to introduce you to the crowd and help you fit in? Or maybe you just like the idea of having a parent of some sort on here. In any of those cases then this is where you should be.

How do i become adopted?
The first step in getting adtoped is to post on this thread, introduce yourself, say that you wish to be adopted. Try to be polite, and yourself in this, because to be adopted, somone has to want to adopt you. Coming and saying somthing along the lines of "Alright you losers, somone adopt me now" will probably not get anyone willing to adopt you, and it will also probably get you banned. You don't need to worry about anything else.

How do i become an adopter?
Only the experenced members of this forum can adopt, you must have over a certain amount of posts to adopt a noob, the amount at the moment will be 100 posts. When a newbie asks to be adopted, you OFFER yourself to be the adoptee and if you have the right amount of posts and the noobs agree you will become the adoptee.

What do i do once i have been adopted
Mods will be put in place soon to show your adopter, and that you are adopted, but for now all you need to do is change your signature, if you do not know how to do this, ask your adopter. Now you are adopted
